FullerLong Planning Consultants are an independent Partnership that has a commitment to giving responsible and realistic Urban Planning advice from the outset whilst minimising the initial costs.

It is our belief that the risk and financial investment involved in the planning process should be kept to a minimum, and the risks clearly identified. Our clients should not bear the total costs of our work until they have achieved their goal.

So confident are we in our abilities, we offer a 'no win limited fee' structure which gives you the opportunity to minimise your risk and investment in us until you have achieved your objective.

An initial fixed fee based on our hourly rate will be agreed at the outset. Our initial cost will be a percentage of this figure. If we’re successful you pay the whole amount. If not, you don’t.

There are no hidden extras. You will know exactly how much you should budget for from the moment you instruct us.

FullerLong Planning Consultants was founded by Ryan Fuller and James Long. We are members of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) and have significant experience within both the public and private sectors. Our knowledge of planning legislation, guidance and policy allows us to provide the very best advice whilst also enabling us to challenge any unfair decisions in a logical and coherent manner that will often find an acceptable compromise and allow a project to progress.

Windy Ridge
"We employed Fullerlong , to submit a planning appeal , on the recommendation of our architect, for their expertise in “loss of light” planning issues.

Fullerlong progressed the appeal papers speedily and recognised the underlying but un-stated concerns of the planning authority regarding the adjacent Grade 2 listed tower. The document they prepared for submission to the Planning Inspectorate was professional and comprehensive in its content covering many issues not directly mentioned in the rejection but pertinent to the objecting parties.

During the site visit by the Planning Inspector, Mr Fuller was able to respond to all queries raised by the other parties and the inspector commented favourably on the detail within the report.

The appeal was 100% successful and no additional planning restraints imposed.
