Kelly is a chartered town planner and member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI) who has worked in local government and private consultancies. She has 17 years of town planning experience and began her planning career as a planning officer in a London Borough working initially in planning policy and then in development management.She then moved into the private sector working for PRP Architects and Savills where she managed a diverse range of planning applications, appeals and development appraisals for a broad client base. Kelly’s international experience includes planning and public realm projects in Dubai and Sharjah, UAE.
Her experience includes securing planning permission for householder developments, changes of use, alterations and extension to listed buildings and major residential & mixed-use developments (300+ units). Kelly has in-depth experience of the planning appeals process and has worked on a range of planning appeals including written representation, informal hearings and public inquiry appeals.
